At Construct-wise, we offer a complete building package from start to finish. We use our endogenous team that specialize in the different areas of building and construction. To ensure the completion of your project swiftly and adequately. We work attentively with our design team who in turn will work closely with you to help create your dream build and help you realize your vision. We are happy to help you with all aspects of a project, especially in difficult areas such as planning permission applications, to make your project run smoothly and feel like an effortless process.

Besides the building team, one of our highly qualified foremen will be on site at all times to ensure that the daily running of the project meets budget and time constraints(deadline). We also work closely with the project manager, who will also be assigned to your project, to run the rule over the construction to ensure it is of the best quality and nothing has been missed.

Once the project starts, the devoted project managers are instructed to help you with any difficulties or queries that may arise, initially or during the building process. The appointed managers will take care of day to day running of project rupture free. They would love to make your life easier by taking the pressure off and supporting you in any stressful situation.

They also assist in the preparation of planning permission applications and obtaining permits right from the outset. While working with our project team you will see their inner passion and desire to succeed. You will feel their positive spirit for the project.

Our quality control (QC) manager will make a regular weekly visit to ensure that the build is progressing well and meets our high standards. To ensure that the project in on the track QC manager will work closely with the foreman and the project manager. He will take care of project deadline and remaining within budget.

A completion pack will be provided to you, at the end of a project which gives you all the information and relevant certified documentation you need to assess whether the build meets your brief, and you can ultimately decide if you are satisfied with our workmanship.
